PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional eye mask used during moving in a travel etc. has to be removed every time for seeing the surrounding, that the eye mask is used for restricted purposes such as sleeping and not used for the other purposes, and that the eye mask made of fabric touches the eyelids directly and sometimes causes an eye disease. SOLUTION: A spectacle part is composed of polarizing plates 2 protected with two right and left rubbers 4. Two polarizing plates are overlapped, and polarizing angles of the overlapped two polarizing plates 2 can be adjusted respectively with adjustment knobs 3.
