PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device for sewing machine which can stably support a sewing machine on an installation surface. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 20 is attached to the bottom surface of the sewing machine 1 by a plurality of screws 21, and supporting legs 32 to 35 are attached to the bottom plate 20. The rod section 31b of a height adjusting leg 31 is screwed with the bottom surface of the sewing machine 1 by going through a passing hole 20a of the bottom plate 20. When the height of the height adjusting leg 31 is adjusted by rotating the height adjusting leg 31, the supporting leg 35 contracts, and all of the supporting legs 32 to 35 can be brought into contact with the installation surface.
