PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an OA blade which is composed of a metal plate and an elastic member without lowering productivity even if a liquid material is used, and a mold therefor. SOLUTION: A mold cavity 16 in which the metal plate is inserted is an ultraviolet curable composition becoming a material of the elastic member and the whole region in the cavity 16 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to cure the ultraviolet curable composition.
