PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip with a sealing function in which a conventional delivering slip can be used as it is, how a baggage delivered should be handled can be distinguished only at a glance, and in addition, there exists no possibility of missing a transfer paper, a bill or the like during delivery, and which can be easily unsealed at a shop front such as a convenience store. SOLUTION: The slip with the sealing function, in which a first rectangular sheet and a second sheet with the approximately same size as this are stuck together on their three side ends to form an envelope shape, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the whole face of the sheet on the outside of the second sheet, a release paper for protecting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the outside, and furthermore, on the second sheet, a label for sealing and a label for sticking on a delivery slip separately prepared are releasably formed from the release paper by a half cut part, is provided.
