The liner has a combination of support constructions made of fibers, where an elastomer ring is integrated with a channel for accommodation of a source material (5) in the constructions. The channel is firmly connected with the constructions. The ring is connected with the fibers in an operating process. A resin is stirred on the carrier material for hardening the liner that represents a statistically supporting construction and accepts the movement in a sleeve area (3), where the material is made of fiber-elastomer combination. A swellable sealing material is arranged in the elastomer ring.
