SLAVE STROBE

A slave strobe is built including a photodetector (101), a flash tube (125), a flash controller (128), a mode switch (126), a body (106), and a top (112) rotatable with respect to the body (106), and depressible with respect to the body (106). The photodetector (101) is configured to detect a flash of light. The flash controller (128) is electrically coupled with the photodetector (101), the mode switch (126) and the flash tube (125), and is configured to change modes of operation when the mode switch (126) is activated. The mode switch (126) is configured to activate when the top (112) is depressed. The top (112) includes a plurality of strobe lenses (108), (116), and (118) configured to modify a flash of light from the flash tube (125) when rotated in front of the flash tube (125).
