<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information code carrier capable of making an externally invisible information code unreadable, and changing this information code to be readable. <P>SOLUTION: A frame part 24 is added to a margin part of a positioning mark 12 of a QR code 10, whereby decision (cutout) of the area of the QR code is made impossible. The frame part 24 is printed on an adhesive seal 22 releasable from a substrate 20 having the QR code printed thereon. Therefore, the adhesive seal 22 constituting the frame part 24 is adhered, whereby the presence of a sign of QR code can be made in an unreadable state while it is visible from the outside.
