PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool having handle part and engagement part formed by each of optimum and different kinds of metal with stable strength, and to enable an optimum design according to a use of the tool. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with: a handle part 1 to be a gripped part; and an engagement part 2 engaged to a fastening body such as a bolt or a nut integrated to the handle part 1. The handle part 1 and the engagement part 2 are made of different kind of metal materials. A joining part 3 between the handle part 1 and the engagement part 2 is formed by a friction welding method.
