PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution of a joining part conducting electric shut off between a battery and its load. SOLUTION: A switch 50 is equipped with a first conductive part 54 electrically connecting a low voltage wire 70 for controlling a relay and a second conductive part 52 electrically connecting a high voltage wire 60 of a high voltage circuit inside a battery pack 10. By loosening a bolt 80, the first conductive part 54 is separated from the low voltage wire 70 and the relay is cut off (B), and by more loosening the bolt 80 and pulling out the bolt 80, the second conductive part 52 is separated from the high voltage wire 60 and a high voltage circuit is shut off (C). When a battery pack cover is removed from a battery pack, by pulling out the bolt 80, an interlock surely operates. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
