PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mediate between a prospective shopkeeper and a property provider more smoothly. SOLUTION: A property information supply server 21 requests an input of property information from a property seeker side terminal 1, and according to address information in the input property information, reads out map information from map information stored in a map information database 22 and transmits it to the property seeker side terminal 1. A desirable range of places to open a shop transmitted from the property seeker side terminal 1 and the input property information are relatedly registered in a property information database 23. When a property provider side terminal 3 inputs address information on an area to be searched, according to the input address information, a map including a corresponding address is read out from the map information stored in the map information database 22, and the read map, on which the desirable range specified by the property seeker and registered in the property information database 23 is lapped, is transmitted to the property provider side terminal 3. |
