PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adverse influence by noise even if a detection system wiring pattern and a driving system wiring pattern are provided on the same substrate. SOLUTION: A wiring board 50 is structured by integrally forming the detection system wiring pattern 52 for sending a detection signal, and the driving system wiring pattern 51 for sending a driving signal on the same substrate body. The substrate body has a plurality of holes 53 as a countermeasure against noise formed on a part between both wiring patterns 51 and 52, and also noise countermeasure patterns 54 formed on both sides across the holes 53. The holes 53 and the patterns 54 prevent the noise from superimposing from the detection system wiring pattern onto the detection signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
