PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine capable of directly putting out game balls to a ball box, wherein no supply of game balls is disrupted to the game ball shooter even while game balls are being put out to the ball box. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is equipped with a bonus ball put-out 3, an upper tray ball put-out path 4 for guiding game balls of bonus balls, and an upper bonus ball tray 5 for receiving the game balls through a ball put-out port 51 for the upper tray. On the bottom face of the upper tray ball put-out path 4, except a part, there is installed an opening 91 for putting out balls to a ball box, with a ball box put-out path 9 connected leading to the ball box B. When an entrance shutter 91d is released that opens/closes the opening 91 for put-out balls to the ball box, one part of the game balls is delivered to the ball put-out port 51 for the upper tray; simultaneously, the other part of the game balls is delivered to the ball box put-out path 9 through the opening 91 for putting out balls to the ball box and is put out to the ball box B.
