PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support unit for a microfluidic system which is easy to manufacture, and will not restrict the number of processes and quantity of reaction and analysis. SOLUTION: The support unit for a microfluidic system includes a first support 2, a first adhesive layer 1a provided on a surface of the first support 2, and at least two hollow filaments 501-508, 511-518 of an equal length, laid on a surface of the first adhesive layer 1a having an arbitrary shape and functioning as a flow channel layer of the microfluidic system.
