PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine imaging apparatus having low noise in image quality and high spatial resolution. SOLUTION: Aγ-ray detection signal processor 41 includes a correction data generator 16 for outputting a time correction valueΔτand an absorption position N' of aγ-ray inside semiconductor detection elements 2a-2n, on the basis of a rising time of a signal output from semiconductor detectors 1a-1n by absorption of theγ-ray. A correction operation device 25 outputs correction time information (τ-Δτ) as a preciseγ-ray absorption time, and high precision address information (N*N') in which the absorption position N' of theγ-ray inside the semiconductor detectors 1a-1n is added, respectively to a simultaneous counting device 26, with reference to the time correction valueΔτ.
