PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker of high safety and high reliability by preventing occurrence of spark between punching metal disposed on a door of the heating cooker and metal and the like inside of a heating chamber, and further preventing breaking of inner door glass by spark. SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises the heating chamber 2 receiving food and heating and cooking the food, a magnetron 9 heating the food in the heating chamber 2, and a door 3 openably and closeably covering an opening of the heating chamber 2. The door 3 has a door frame 14 having a plate-shaped punching metal portion 14a having a number of punching holes 14c, on its central portion, and the inner door glass 5 disposed at a heating chamber side of the punching metal portion 14a, and a distance between the punching metal portion 14a and the inner door glass 5 is at least 2.0 mm or more.
