PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley capable of efficiently absorbing rotational fluctuation having a coil spring with improved durability. SOLUTION: In the pulley structure equipped with a first rotator 1 around which a belt can be wound, and a second rotator relatively rotatable with the first rotator, a cylindrical spring storage chamber is formed between the first rotator and the second rotator, and the coil spring is stored therein. A clamped part 7a of the coil spring is fitted and fixed to a clamp part 11 of an arcuate first storage groove 2b provided to the first rotator, and a gap 12 between the coil spring and the storage groove 2b is gradually increased from zero the further away the clamped part 7a is from the end of the clamp part 11.
