PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which can satisfactorily maintain operability, regardless of the change of an environment. SOLUTION: In the touch panel 100, two substrates 104 and 130, where resistance films 111 and 131 are formed on its surfaces, are arranged by leaving a prescribed interval so that the respective resistance films 111 and 131 face each other. A polarizing plate 102 is laminated on the outer side of the substrate 104 or 130. In the polarizing plate 102, an area shrinkage factor, after it has been left standing for 24 hours in the environment of 80 deg.C is <=0.3%. |
