PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently clean the surface of a reel provided on a game machine. SOLUTION: On the rear side of the reel (101a), a cleaning member (140) which has a wiper part (141) formed of an elastic body and can be operated so as to be tilted is provided. In order to clean the reel, the cleaning member is operated so as to tilt to a reel side and the reel is rotated while bringing the wiper part into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the reel in a tangent direction. Thus, the outer peripheral surface of the reel is wiped by the wiper part with uniform and proper pressurizing force, so that cleaning work is carried out easily and efficiently.
