<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown grinding device where costs can be reduced by improving grinding efficiency of crowns. <P>SOLUTION: The crown grinding device 1 is provided with: a motor 19; a ball bearing which is arranged surrounding the motor shaft of the motor 19 and which is provided with a plurality of balls rotating and moving around the motor shaft while rotating on its own axis by receiving the torque of the motor shaft; a brush body 21 which is mounted to the outer periphery of the ball bearing to rotate in contact with the plurality of balls and which is provided with a brush 22 extending in the axial direction of its rotation; and a tray 32 which is arranged with its opening opposing the brush body 21 and on which the crowns are arranged opposing the side of the brush 22. The motor shaft is fixed at a position deviated from the center of the brush body 21, and the brush body 21 is driven eccentrically by the rotation of the motor 19. The tray 32 is rotated separately without synchronizing with the rotation of the brush body 21, and grinds the crowns utilizing the orbital movement of the brush 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
