<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress poor sealing of a valve of a valve device for opening/closing gas passages of a gas storing container and partial wear of the valve and/or a cylinder body. <P>SOLUTION: This valve device 10 is arranged at a gas outlet of the gas storing container for storing gas at a pressurized state, and opens/closes the gas outlet. The valve device 10 is equipped with the cylinder body 50, a pilot valve 44 movably stored inside the cylinder body 50, for opening/closing the small gas passage 40a, and a main valve 35 movably stored in the cylinder body 50 for opening/closing the large gas passage 34a. The main valve 35 has a characteristic for opening the large gas passage 34a when the difference between upper and lower gas pressures of the main valve 35 becomes a predetermined value or less. At a sliding part of the main valve 35 and/or the pilot valve 44, ring-like members 38, 60, 62, and 64 made of a resin material are arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
