<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board quality information management system, in which even after a printed board is divided to substrates of respective sizes, qualities of the respective substrates can be acquired while identifying the substrate of each size. <P>SOLUTION: Retrieval information, which is obtained by reading a two-dimensional code of a small substrate by a two-dimensional code reader 28, is individual identification information shown by the two dimensional code (the substrate kind name and production serial number of the printed board, and the individual number of the small substrate). The retrieval information is transmitted and received between a terminal device such as a PC 27 and a server 21. The server 21 receives the individual identification information as the retrieval information, retrieves quality information related to this individual identification information from a quality information database 12, and returns the retrieval result to the terminal device such as the PC 27.
