PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless management system in which encoded image data of a monitoring camera can be continuously transmitted for a long time with few drop frames per screen and in real time. SOLUTION: In a wireless security camera device 1, field intensity of a digital signal transmitted from a management transmitting/receiving portion 21 is measured by a field intensity measuring portion 162b, field intensity measured by a management transmitting/receiving portion 213 when the digital signal is transmitted from a camera transmitting/receiving portion 16 is estimated by a reception intensity estimating portion 141, an error table indicating a relationship between power of the digital signal, field intensity, and a bit error rate of the digital signal transmitted from the camera transmitting/receiving portion is stored in a storing portion 151, and a multiple value number is controlled by a controller 14 so as to make the bit error rate of the digital signal equal to or less than a predetermined value.
