PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide makeup cosmetics that can change color hue of skin without unnatural glaring, and gives sufficient covering power in spite of transparent feeling. SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetics contains (A) specific complex tabular particles comprising titanated mica and organic polymer fine particles, and (B) specific flake-shape composite powders coated with fine particles on the substrate thereof.
