PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a function as a loudspeaker and microphone while avoiding enlargement of a casing, and preventing the degree of freedom in arranging parts in the casing from being narrowed, in a room mirror device for a vehicle with a mirror arranged at an opening part of the casing opened on a rear side and arranged at a front top in a compartment. SOLUTION: An electricity/vibration converter 32 constituting a loudspeaker 37 together with a mirror 16 functioning as a vibrating part, or a vibration/electricity converter constituting a microphone together with the mirror 16 functioning as a vibration sensing unit is mounted on a back face of the mirror 16.
