PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability at the register controlling of a machine plate and, at the same time, shorten the time requiring for controlling a registration. SOLUTION: A bolt retaining member 40 is mounted at the extension part 11c of a vise base, the motion to the axis line direction of a plate cylinder 1 of which is controlled. A bolt 26A pivotably supported to the bolt retaining member 40 directs to the radial direction of the plate cylinder 1. Both a first cam follower 28 and a second cam follower 29 supported to the shaft part 27a of a pin 27 threaded to the bolt 26A are engagingly entered in the inclined grooves 30 of the extensions 11b and 11c and in a second guide groove 31.
