<p>A method and a system for controlling a heating apparatus (1) of the type comprising a source of fuel (2) to a combustion chamber (3) and supplying means (4, 5) of said fuel and comburent, and means for extracting/conveying (6) the combustion fumes towards the outside, the system is characterised in that it also comprises first means (Tc1) for sensing the temperature of said hot fumes from said combustion chamber (3), second means (Tc2) for sensing the temperature of said combustion chamber (3), and third means (Tc3) for sensing the temperature in the environment surrounding said apparatus (1).</p> |
