<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and a fixing structure for securing the uniformity of pressure to a fixed member by a simple mechanism in pressure-fixing two or more members such as a plurality of laminating member laminates, suitably and easily adjusting the increase/decrease of pressure in tightening or the like if necessary, reducing man-hours in pressure-fixing a fixed member, and easily disassembling and classifying in the case of discarding the fixed member afterwards or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The device for fixing the two or more members comprises nuts each having a threaded piece for biting into a bolt, and an energizing member for energizing the threaded piece to move in a diameter reducing direction, and allowing the threaded piece to bite into the bolt when the bolt is inserted inside; and a pressing member for pressing the fixed member, wherein at least one nut is rotatably mounted to the pressing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
