摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of foods and drinks containing a significant amount of &gamma;-aminobutyric acid (GABA) (for example, breads such as sour bread). <P>SOLUTION: The production method comprises adding a mesophilic lactococcus strain and thermophilic lactobacillus/lactococcus strain to a blended raw material and being fermented.
