<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition for forming a colored layer of which the dried substance has high solvent redissolution property, and which will not generate bumping holes, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive composition for forming a colored layer comprises (A) a coloring agent, (B) an alkali soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and (E) a solvent which comprises 3-8.5% by weight of dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate. For (E) as other solvents, the solvent preferably contains 40-70% by weight of solvent having a boiling point below 150°C, and 20-60% by weight of the solvent having a boiling point of 150-180°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
