METHOD FOR PREDICTING SIGNAL PEPTIDE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting the presence/absence of protein signal peptide and the cutting site of the signal peptide.

SOLUTION: This signal array detecting method in an amino acid sequence is executed by using a profile ("first profile" hereinafter) based on preliminarily learnt featured values and a profile ("second profile" hereinafter) based on PSI-BLAST of data ("positive data" hereinafter) configured of an already known signal array.
