<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a recycle plastic panel having no camber using a relatively narrow space for processing and to manufacture a recycle plastic panel having sufficient stiffness and nailing resistance as an alternative for wood, by the use of wastes corresponding to 'other plastics' among the general wastes according to the Act of Recycle of Containers as raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises charging a material based on waste plastics into a melt kneader, feeding the molten material to a reservoir and then injecting the molten material into the mold of a press molding machine and cooling the molded panel gradually in a cooling section. The use of the reservoir improves the bending strength, bending stiffness and impact strength of the panel, and gradual cooling in the cooling section prevents cambering of the panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
