<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing type paper-made container which is formed of extensible paper as a base material with a spout being separately mounted thereon, and capable of compatibly obtaining the self-standing properties and the sealing performance of a spout sealing part. <P>SOLUTION: The self-standing paper-made container is formed of a laminate sheet with a thermoplastic resin layer laminated on at least one side of a paper base material as a material so that the inner side of the laminate sheet forms a thermoplastic resin layer, and a spout is separately mounted at an upper part thereof. The spout is fitted while being held by the laminate sheets facing each other with the thermoplastic resin layer as the inner side. The tensile breaking elongation of the paper base material is≥10% in the MD direction, and the ratio of the tensile breaking elongation in the CD direction/MD direction is set to be 0.5-1.0.
