PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes too much time for preparation since conventionally all disk images (software) of a computer in operation are copied to a standby computer in accommodation while an information system for accommodating a certain job system with the computer made to stand by when processing requests are concentrated on the certain job system is known. SOLUTION: The information system is provided with a function of dynamically grouping the standby computers (multiple) by each difference between the software of the standby computer and the one requested by a job system. When accommodation with the computer, the grouped standby computer is retrieved by software constitution and extracted and the environment construction of the software is quickly completed. When making the computer in operation stand by, it is made to belong to the group in which the constitution of the software is the same as the operated job system. The operation/standby state of the computer is monitored, the software is removed from the computer appropriately, a standby group is changed and a range usable for the other job system is expanded.
