PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive sheet which is excellent in heat conductivity, dust generation resistance, and heat radiation. SOLUTION: The heat-conductive sheet has a coating layer containing ceramic powder on at least one side of an expanded graphite sheet. The thickness of the coating layer is preferably 50μm or thinner. Preferably, the heat conductivity in the surface direction of the expanded graphite sheet is at least 100 W/mK and that in the thickness direction is at least 2 W/mK.
