PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document-processing device which presents the results of retrieval in the order which meets users' need, and also provide a document-processing method and a document-processing program. SOLUTION: A retrieval part 201 retrieves a plurality of terms as queries. A computation part 202 finds first retrieval scores with the plurality of terms as the queries and adds values relating to a prescribed smoothness to the first retrieval scores to find second retrieval scores. A presentation part 205 presents the second retrieval scores as the retrieval score of each of the plurality of terms.
