PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial program code generating device for shortening the code generation time. SOLUTION: When a program code is generated, the difference information of pre-correction and post-correction design drawings and definition information in the range where the generated program code is affected by the difference information are used for realizing generation or erasure of a partial program code.
