PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture microscope apparatus capable of carrying out operation of medication, etc., to a culturing cell by a simple constitution without changing environment of a culturing space. SOLUTION: A culture microscope apparatus 10 includes a culturing part having a culturing chamber 11 in which a culturing cell S is stored, maintaining the inside temperature in the culturing chamber 11 at a predetermined temperature and culturing the culturing cell S, a microscope for forming an observation image of the culturing cell S stored in the culturing chamber 11 and a liquid supply mechanism for retaining a liquid in a protrusion portion 72b penetrated into a chamber wall part for forming the culturing chamber 11 and protruded to an inside of the culturing chamber 11, matching a temperature of the liquid with the temperature in the chamber 11 and injecting the liquid from the protrusion portion 72b to the culturing cell S.
