<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify user operation until at least communication is established, by setting a one-to-one relation, when establishing radio communication between a radio communication apparatus at an information transmitting side and a radio communication apparatus at an information receiving and processing side, even in an environment where a plurality of radio communication apparatuses exist. <P>SOLUTION: When establishment of a radio communication channel is instructed to each of a digital camera and a printer including radio communication functions (S601), each of the devices performs radio communication establishment processing each other (S604, S608) within an allowable time range specified by a timer set (S602) and the number of times of retries (S603).
