PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION AND COLOR FILTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having high sensitivity, excellent in developability and capable of forming a sharp cured portion (color filter) with high hardness, few pixel defects and surface smoothness even in the case of small exposure energy.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains an acrylic copolymer containing a copolymerized unit having a trifunctional or higher functionality polyunsaturated double bond in combination with a difunctional or higher functionality polymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a colorant.
