<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of obtaining high power generation efficiency by efficiently removing moisture even after the operation of the system is stopped, and to provide the control method of the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: Hydrogen gas and air are supplied to gas passages of the fuel cell stack 31 formed by stacking a plurality of cells and these gases are electrochemically reacted to generate electric power. An actuator 33 capable of adjusting a fastening load in the stacking direction of cells of the fuel cell stack 31 is installed. A control part 51 conducts stopping treatment scavenging by supplying hydrogen gas and air to gas passages, while the fastening load of the fuel cell stack 31 is adjusted with the actuator 33 based on a detecting signal from a temperature sensor detecting the temperature of the fuel cell stack 31 during the stop of operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
