<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a fuel cell by reducing flooding. <P>SOLUTION: The separator 21 for a fuel cell and the fuel cell using the separator 21 are structured by being provided with a plurality of gas passage grooves 31 which supply reactive gas to an electrode 13, convex parts 32 each placed between the plurality of gas passage grooves 31 and in contact with the electrode 13, and a shallow groove 33 which is provided on a contact face 34 of the convex part 32 with the electrode 13 and has a smaller depth than a height of the convex part 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
