<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for orthopaedic joints using an arthroscope means. <P>SOLUTION: A method of repairing or resurfacing an orthopedic tissue injury site includes: a step (a) of providing a curable biomaterial; and a step (b) of using minimum invasive means (i) to make preparations for the tissue injury site to receive the biomaterial, (ii) to introduced a predetermined quantity of curable biomaterial into the prepared site, and (iii) to cure the introduced biomaterial, wherein this curing is performed to add the cured biomaterial to the prepared site and hold it permanently, and the cured and held biomaterial is contoured and finished (iv) to obtain a desired shape close to the natural tissue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
