PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that input optical fibers which are not connected to an output optical fiber are interconnected. SOLUTION: N pieces of input optical fibers 25a, 25b, ... are arranged in parallel with a constant pitch p, and one output optical fiber 24 is also arranged in parallel. In this case, the distance between the input optical fiber 25a arranged at the end of the output optical fiber 24 side and the output optical fiber 24 is N×p or larger. In an lens array 27 arranged in front of the optical fibers, condensing lenses 29 are provided at the positions which face to the end faces of the output optical fiber 24 and the input optical fibers 25a,..., and at least (N-1) diagonal lenses are provided on both sides interposing the output optical fiber 24, respectively.
