PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device and an electronic apparatus in which an adverse effect such as surge and noise is reduced. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device comprises: a protection circuit PTJ provided between a power supply node VN1 and an intermediate node VNC; and a protection circuit PTK provided between a power supply node VN2 and the VNC. The protection circuit PTJ comprises: a diode DI1 having a forward direction from the VN1 to the VNC; a diode DI2 having a forward direction from the VNC to the VN1; and a parasitic diode DP1 having a forward direction from the VN2 to the VNC and formed of a triple well structure. The protection circuit PTK comprises: a diode DI3 having a forward direction from the VN2 to the VNC; a diode DI4 having a forward direction from the VNC to the VN2; and a parasitic diode DP2 having a forward direction from the VN2 to the VNC and formed of a triple well structure.
