PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for mounting a member on a plate-like part, which has good adaptability to the thickness of the plate-like part by a simpler constitution, which can bring about a firmly and stably clamped state, which is effective for a reduction in manufacturing cost, and which has good usability. SOLUTION: A clamping surface of one clamping piece 9, which constitutes an approximately U-shaped clamping part 3 capable of being fitted into the plate-like part 8, is formed in such a shape as to be capable of planarly abutting on the plate-like part 8, and both sides of a clamping surface of the other clamping piece 10 are formed in such a shape as to protrude toward a clamping side with respect to a central part, so that an interval between the opposed clamping pieces 9 and 10 can be shorter on both the sides than in the central part. When the clamping part 3 is fitted into the plate-like part 8, abutment on the plate-like part 8 is started from both the sides of the clamping piece 10, and a part near a part abutting on the plate-like part 8 is partially deformed to the outside in accordance with the thickness of the plate-like part 8, so as to adapt to a change in the thickness of the plate-like part 8.
