PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric realizing cool feeling by completely new mechanism, when sweating in exercise on sunny day. SOLUTION: The cool feeling fabric is composed of synthetic fiber containing 0.3-10 mass% fine carbonized product particle of a group 4 transition metal. The cool feeling fabric preferably has≥5.0 g/min×m<SP>2</SP>constant rate drying velocity when wetted to have 60% pickup rate and irradiated with light of 2,000 W photographic reflector lamp from 30 cm distance in a constant temperature and humidity chamber controlled to be 20°C×65% RH.
