PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of the constant application of a spring load to a door, and the incorporation of the spring under a free state. SOLUTION: A fork-like spring 41 is arranged in such a manner that the first arm section 41b and the second arm section 41c may be placed under a free state from an arm section deforming means 39b and an arm section return-preventing means 40c. After arranging the fork-like spring 41, by rotating second air passage opening/closing doors 26 and 260, the arm section deforming means 39b which is combined with the second air passage opening/closing doors 26 and 260 elastically deforms the second arm section 41c from the free state at a specified angleθ2 only. When the second arm section 41c is elastically deformed at the specified angleθ2 only, the second arm section 41c is fastened to the arm section return preventing means 40c. At the same time, the first arm section 41b presses first rotary shafts 25a, 25b and 252 side, and the spring load of the fork-like spring 41 is applied to the first air passage opening/closing doors 25 and 250 in a manner to cancel a door load by the door's self weight or an air pressure.
