PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in the adhesion of a polyester resin with a two-pack type curable urethane resin and also excellent in solvent resistance and emboss transfer properties. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by providing a surface protective layer comprising a coating film of the two-pack type curable urethane resin on a film based on the polyester resin (a) and forming an emboss pattern on the surface protective layer. In this case, the polyester resin (a) is formed of a dicarboxylic acid component comprising terephthalic acid and a diol component composed of 60.5-72.5 mol% of ethylene glycol, 25-37 mol% of 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 2.5-6 mol% of diethylene glycol.
