PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium type pinball game machine which permits an easy opening of a space surrounded by a front component member and an opening and closing plate. SOLUTION: Since the front component member 100 is provided at the opening and closing plate 97 so as to be turned around a hinge portion 30, the front component member 100 can be opened more easily than previously. Consequently a malfunction occurring in a token passage board 71 and a ball supply route 60 arranged in the space surrounded by the front component member 100 and the opening and closing plate 97 or the maintenance of a speaker 59S, an LED 77 or the like can be quickly dealt with. Since the ball supply route 60 which guides game balls is provided on the front 97F side of the opening and closing plate 97, the space surrounded by the front component member 100 and the opening and closing plate 97 can be effectively used. Furthermore, since the ball supply route 60 can be opened by turning a cover body 62 relative to a base body 61, game balls blocking the interior of the ball supply route 60 can easily taken out.
