PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform dehumidification by efficiently performing heat exchange in a compact space in a body. SOLUTION: This machine includes: a heat exchange passage 42 communicated with a water receiving tub 23 and provided with a heat exchange member 47; a blowing passage 39 communicated with the heat exchange passage 42 to guide the discharged air to the blowing means 38; and a cooling water supply means 48 for supplying cooling water to the heat exchange member 47. The heat exchange passage 42 has a lower heat exchange passage 42a and an upper heat exchange passage 42b partitioned by the heat exchange member 47, and the heat exchange member 47 is formed by providing a flow velocity lowering means 53 for delaying the flow of cooling water on a downstream part of the surface where the cooling water flows.
